Your Role

As the Process Optimisation Lead, you will take charge of evolving an existing business process related to third-party Artificial Intelligence products and services. You'll be responsible for:

Process Design:- Reviewing the current end-to-end process to identify strengths and weaknesses.

- Defining and implementing measurable KPIs for improvement.

- Designing an updated process that enhances overall efficiency.

Process Implementation:- Collaborating with IT teams to integrate process stages into applications.

- Partnering with business teams to implement non-IT process stages.

- Producing user-friendly process maps and guidance documentation.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

Significant experience in process improvement roles.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP Ariba Risk process implementations.

Excellent business partnership and communication skills.

Proven ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups.

A knack for creating clear and engaging user-facing documentation.

Risk management experience is a plus, but not essential.Who You Are
