CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, are recruiting a mobile handyman to join the team. You will be located in the East Coast of England (Grimsby, Colchester, Hornsea, Humberside)

What You'll Do:

· Perform preventative & reactive maintenance, diagnose faults, and implement effective repairs across all building services systems.

· Repairs floor & wall coverings.

· Responsible for other building maintenance & installation works as required.

· Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, Filter Changes AHU's / FCU's and Basic Plumbing requirements

· Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.

· Oversee and liaise with contractors across site.

· Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment logs.

· Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate records of compliance.

Working Hours:

· 8am - 4:30pm

· Monday to Friday

· Overtime possibilities

Desirable Qualifications & Attributes:

· Experience of working in high profile work environment

· Previous fabric experience advantageous

· PC literate

· Good Customer relationship skills
