ABOUT THE CLIENT

We're working with an established and growing financial services business that supports organisations across the UK.

They're looking for a Marketing Executive to join their Chester-based marketing team - someone creative, commercially minded and ready to take genuine ownership of their work.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your time doing one small part of marketing. You'll get exposure across campaigns, content, social, brand, partner marketing, customer communications and AI, giving you the opportunity to build a really well-rounded marketing skillset.

THE MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE

You'll help bring campaigns and ideas to life across multiple channels, creating marketing that is engaging, consistent and commercially focused.

You'll create content for websites, case studies, social media, email campaigns, blogs, video and podcasts, as well as scheduling and publishing social content.

A big part of the role will also involve partner marketing. You'll help develop tailored campaigns and collateral around different audiences, products and commercial objectives.

There's a particularly interesting AI element too. You'll use approved generative AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, help develop prompt libraries and build repeatable content workflows, while ensuring everything remains accurate, on brand and compliant.

You'll also support competitor research, customer insight, marketing calendars, budget administration and the ongoing development of the organisation's brand voice.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• 12+ months experience within a marketing or campaign focused role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Confident creating engaging content for different channels and audiences
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading ability
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing supports wider business objectives
• Degree qualified or equivalent

Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering, Canva or Adobe, Google Analytics, SEO/GEO, partner marketing or stakeholder management would be a real advantage, but isn't essential.
