Shape the technology roadmap of a fast-growing financial services business.

We're looking for aLead Python Developer to build and lead the next generation of data platforms, automation and business-critical applications. This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership, influence technical direction and work directly with senior leadership in a business where your impact will be seen immediately.

What You'll Be Doing

• LeadPython application and data platform development.
• Build scalable solutions usingPython, PostgreSQL, Azure Data Factory and Power BI.
• Mentor developers and champion engineering best practices.
• Work closely with the business to deliver innovative, AI-driven solutions usingClaude andMicrosoft Copilot.

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercialPython development experience.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL and data engineering.
• Azure Data Factory and Power BI experience.
• Previous technical leadership experience.
• Financial services experience is highly desirable.
