Quest Search and Selection is looking for aHR Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Consultant.The role will focus on ensuring the organisation is effectively structured, skilled, and supported to deliver AI-driven change. You will work closely with senior leaders, specialist AI enablement teams, and People Centres of Expertise to translate AI initiatives into tangible people outcomes, including organisation design, workforce planning, learning, and change management.

Quest Search & Selection are partnering with a leading international branded & own label fashion, lifestyle & entertainment brand. This business compromise of a multi-channel offer, which is available in-store, via 3rd parties and online.

The roles and responsibilities of thisHR Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Consultantrole:

  • Collaborating with leaders to deliver AI-led transformation and evolve operating models.
  • Leading change programmes to drive engagement and ensure sustainable adoption.
  • Designing organisational structures and roles aligned with automation and AI initiatives.
  • Conducting workforce planning and capability mapping to build future-ready teams.
  • Enabling learning and strengthening leadership capability to support AI adoption.

To be successful in thisHR Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Consultantrole:

  • Ideally having 2 - 6 years + HR/People Partner or HR Transformation experience
  • You must have experience consulting on, driving, and implementing AI capability within a People function, ideally gained either within a consultancy environment or through an in-house transformation role.
  • You must have a strong track record in change and transformation
  • Proven expertise in organisation design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Comfortable supporting technology-enabled and digital transformation programmes
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic, and effective in ambiguous environments
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
