Head of AI Visibility & AutomationAbout the RoleWe're looking for aHead of AI Visibility & Automation to lead a brand-new capability at the intersection ofSEO, AI search and marketing automation.
You'll own how a portfolio of client brands are discovered, understood and recommended acrossGoogle, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, social search and online communities, while building the automated infrastructure that allows these strategies to scale.
You'll lead two specialist managers acrossAI/Search Visibility and Data & AI Automation, bringing the two disciplines together into one high-performing function.
What You'll Be Doing- Own theAI visibility / "brand everywhere" strategy across search, AI assistants, social and community platforms.
- Develop GEO/AEO strategies to improve how brands arecited, recommended and represented by AI.
- Build measurement frameworks around AI citations, share of voice, traffic and brand search uplift.
- Lead the design and rollout ofn8n-based automations across research, auditing, outreach, competitor intelligence and content planning.
- Ensure AI and automation workflows integrate with BI, content, creative and web publishing systems.
- Set standards around automation reliability, data quality and human oversight.
- Lead, coach and develop theSearch Everywhere Strategy Manager and Data & AI Automation Manager.
- Act as a senior internal advocate for emerging AI search opportunities, helping the organisation stay ahead of the market.
What We're Looking For- Proven experience inSEO/search strategy, with strong understanding of how generative AI is changing search and discovery.
- Hands-on experience withGEO/AEO, AI Overviews, LLM answer engines or AI chatbot optimisation.
- Experience designing or overseeingmarketing workflow automation, ideally with n8n, Zapier or Make.
- Strong people leadership experience, ideally managing specialists across different disciplines.
- Experience working across amulti-brand organisation or agency environment.
- Comfortable operating strategically while still understanding workflow logic, tooling and automation.
- Experience with AI/LLM APIs, agentic tooling or connected data is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to champion new ideas and ways of working.
