The opportunity

Our Customer Care Administrators are the first point of contact for our network, providing support across a wide range of customer queries and requests. This role combines customer service, order processing and relationship management, ensuring every interaction reflects the values and standards of Lifeplus.

Working across multiple communication channels, you will support customers by resolving queries, processing requests and maintaining accurate records, while building positive relationships that encourage customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires strong language skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to delivering a consistently high standard of service.

What you'll be doing:

  • Handle incoming customer enquiries and requests via phone, ensuring they are resolved accurately and in line with company policies and service level agreements.
  • Process customer orders, account changes and other administrative requests using internal systems.
  • Make outbound calls where required to resolve customer queries and provide updates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to support engagement and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure customer information is updated correctly.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Lifeplus products, processes and business operations to support customer enquiries.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer care processes and ways of working.
  • Keep up to date with operational processes, policies and system updates.

What we're looking for:

Essential

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French
  • Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written Spanish.
  • Experience providing customer service in a phone-based, customer-facing or service environment.
  • Experience handling customer enquiries and resolving issues through effective communication.
  • Experience using computer systems and applications to manage customer information and requests.
  • Experience working in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are important.

Desirable

  • Experience processing customer orders or administrative requests.
  • Experience working in a multilingual customer service environment.
  • Experience using customer service, ticket management or CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of sales order processing or customer ordering systems.

Shift Pattern:

A/C Rotational Shift Pattern

  • Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 15:15
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday, 09:45 to 18:00

Office attendance:

  • 1 day per month in office

Salary:

£26,500—£26,500 GBP
