AMS is supporting a leading global consulting firm in hiring an experienced Data Scientist for an initial 12-month contract. (Offices in London/Birmingham/Bristol)
Responsibilities
Develop and implement machine learning models to solve business problems and support data-driven decision-making.
Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Prepare, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for analysis and modelling.
Evaluate, optimise, and monitor machine learning models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to communicate findings and deliver effective data science solutions.Essential Criteria
Strong experience using Python for data analysis, modelling, and automation.
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying, manipulating, and analysing data.
Practical experience developing and applying machine learning models and techniques.This is a client facing environment so excellent collaboration and communication skills with teams and clients alike, is imperative.
We will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.
