Data & Analytics Lead - Fabric / Azure

£80K - £100K

Fully remote - Some London office trips

We're working with a leading organisation going through a major data transformation, including a move fromAzure SQL to Microsoft Fabric.

They're looking for aData & Analytics Leadto take ownership of their regional data products, semantic models and business logic. This is ahigh-impact leadership role, acting as theright hand to the Director and the key link between Data, BI and the wider business.

The role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Designingreusable data products, dimensional and semantic models
  • Setting standards aroundbusiness logic, KPIs, DAX, Power BI and data quality
  • Translating complex business requirements into scalable data solutions
  • Working closely with the Lead Data Engineer across theMicrosoft Fabric environment
  • Reviewing models and logic produced by the BI team
  • Coaching technical teams and influencing senior business stakeholders
  • Shaping thedata roadmap, governance and operating model
  • Exploring newFabric, Power BI and AI capabilities
What we're looking for
  • 7+ years' experience across Data Engineering, BI, Analytics Engineering or Data Modelling
  • AdvancedSQL
  • Strong expertise inPower BI, DAX and Power Query
  • Expertdimensional & semantic modelling
  • Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft Fabric - Warehouse, Lakehouse, OneLake & Direct Lake
  • Experience owningenterprise/cross-business-unit data models
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

This is a great opportunity for a senior Data/BI professional ready to step into asecond-in-command position, combining technical leadership with genuine influence across the business.
