We're looking for a talentedBusiness Planning Managerwho expects more from their career. Sitting within the Business Planning team, you'll play a key role in shaping business strategy, driving the annual planning process, and providing insights that help Tesco Media make informed decisions, prioritise investments, and unlock future growth.

What you'll be working on

  • Leading business planning by translating strategic priorities into annual plans and clear delivery milestones.
  • Driving performance management through KPIs, business reviews, risk tracking, and actionable recommendations.
  • Supporting decision making with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business insights.
  • Partnering across teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver business objectives.
  • Creating high-quality presentations and papers for senior leadership and executive audiences.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and embedding best practice across planning processes.

What we expect from you

  • Experience in business planning, strategy, commercial analysis, finance, consulting, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing priorities across multiple teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including creating materials for leadership audiences.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
