The Role

This is a high-impact sales role focused on generating new business, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth for our AI recruitment platform.

You’ll identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, demonstrate the value of Recruitified AI, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies, executive search firms, staffing companies, and enterprise HR teams.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations of the Recruitified AI platform.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
  • Develop strategic partnerships within your territory.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in Business Development, SaaS Sales, Recruitment Technology, HR Technology, or Enterprise Software.
  • Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience selling software subscriptions or technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Existing recruitment industry network is an advantage.
