Business Development Representatives at Luminance are confident, entrepreneurial self-starters with a natural ability to build rapport and open doors with senior decision-makers. Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage prospective customers and uncover new business opportunities
  • Secure high-quality meetings for the Sales team and drive attendance at Luminance-hosted events
  • Connect with senior decision-makers across target markets through strategic outreach, including cold calling and targeted prospecting
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs in a results-driven environment
  • Leverage social selling techniques to build pipeline and brand presence
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns and maximise outreach effectiveness
  • Build strong working relationships with customer-facing Account Executives to support new business growth
