Our client is an ambitious and fast-growing business with offices in Sheffield and Leeds. Their IT and Systems team sits at the heart of the organisation, driving innovation, building in‑house solutions and automating processes to keep the business running efficiently.


As the company continues to expand, they’re now taking the next step embedding AI across the organisation to simplify processes, enhance customer experiences and unlock new levels of efficiency. They are looking for a motivated, tech‑minded professional to help support this evolution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of IT to design and deliver AI‑powered tools that streamline workflows
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing business systems and data platforms
  • Translate business needs into practical, AI‑driven solutions that deliver measurable value
  • Develop user guides and documentation for new AI tools
  • Support internal teams through training sessions and workshops
  • Provide ongoing technical support for AI‑related systems
  • Stay informed on AI trends and tools, identifying new opportunities for automation and improvement
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align AI projects with business priorities
  • Share knowledge and mentor colleagues on AI and automation best practices

Skills & Experience

  • Degree or background in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or Data Science
  • Awareness of AI/ML concepts, Large Language Models and prompt engineering
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
  • Logical, problem‑solving mindset with a passion for automation
  • Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to non‑technical audiences
  • Self‑motivated, adaptable and eager to learn new tools and techniques
