I’m representing a cutting-edge AI company dedicated to making artificial intelligence safer, more secure, and more resilient. They’re seeking an AI Red Team Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to join a cross-disciplinary team tasked with stress-testing AI models, discovering vulnerabilities, and working with world-class researchers and engineers to fortify systems against real-world threats.

The Role

• Design and carry out adversarial tests on AI systems (including large language models, computer vision, and multimodal AI).
• Identify, prioritise, and document vulnerabilities and safety concerns.
• Develop automated tooling to scale red team testing.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, security engineers, and policy teams to strengthen safeguards.
• Keep ahead of emerging threats, prompt injection attacks, and adversarial AI techniques.

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience in adversarial machine learning, penetration testing, or security engineering.
• Skilled in Python with knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, jailbreaks, and model misuse scenarios.
• Analytical thinker with creativity and problem-solving expertise.
