AI Product Lead | London | £120,000

Method Resourcing are partnering with one of the UK's most prestigious private banks to appoint an AI Product Lead into a newly established AI function.

Reporting into the Head of AI, this role will sit at the centre of the bank's AI transformation agenda, helping identify, prioritise and deliver AI opportunities across the organisation.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role and it is not an AI Engineering position.

Instead, we're looking for someone who can bridge the gap between business strategy and AI delivery. Someone who understands how AI can transform business processes, customer experiences and operating models, whilst ensuring initiatives are delivered responsibly and generate measurable value.

What you'll be doing

  • Facilitate AI discovery and ideation workshops across the bank
  • Identify, shape and prioritise AI use cases
  • Build and manage a central AI opportunity portfolio
  • Develop business cases and value frameworks
  • Partner with technical teams to translate opportunities into delivery roadmaps
  • Drive AI adoption across business functions
  • Track benefits realisation and business outcomes
  • Support the development of AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and market developments

What we're looking for

  • Experience leading AI, Digital or Transformation initiatives within a complex organisation
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, AI Agents and emerging AI technologies
  • Experience operating as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Transformation Lead or Consultant focused on AI-enabled change
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience facilitating workshops and driving business process redesign
  • Commercially minded with experience building business cases and measuring value
  • Understanding of AI governance, risk and regulatory considerations

Nice to have

  • Financial Services experience
  • Microsoft Copilot experience
  • Experience operating within AI governance frameworks
  • Consulting or advisory background
