You'll work directly with senior decision-makers and play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions from strategy through to implementation.

We're looking for an experiencedAgentic Technical Lead to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced agentic AI systems across a portfolio of consulting engagements.

The RoleAs an Agentic Technical Lead, you'll provide technical leadership across multiple AI transformation projects, working closely with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

You'll lead technical discovery workshops, define solution architectures, oversee implementation, and ensure successful delivery from proof of concept through to production. Working alongside engineers, data specialists, and business stakeholders, you'll establish technical standards, review solution designs, and drive engineering excellence throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both deep technical expertise and strong consulting skills. You'll regularly engage with senior executives, communicate technical concepts in a commercially meaningful way, and help shape AI strategies that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of agentic AI solutions for consulting engagements.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI architectures and technical roadmaps.
• Guide multidisciplinary engineering teams through end-to-end solution delivery.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
• Review architecture, code quality, and engineering standards to ensure robust delivery.
• Evaluate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms to recommend the most appropriate technologies.
• Run proofs of concept and technical experiments to validate solution approaches.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements for security, scalability, governance, and compliance.
• Document technical decisions, risks, and outcomes for both technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and best practices.

About YouYou'll combine strong technical capability with a consulting mindset, enjoying the challenge of solving complex business problems through AI.
You'll have:

• Significant experience leading AI, machine learning, or agentic AI projects from concept through production.
• Strong software engineering skills using languages such as Python or TypeScript.
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Expertise in systems architecture, APIs, integration patterns, and modern data pipelines.
• A track record of translating business objectives into practical technical solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, risk management, and responsible AI practices.
• Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
