But most of all, we care deeply — about our customers, and about each other.

At Talogy, we are humble masters, flexible experts, and human scientists.

About the Role

The Account Executive will help the company to achieve its ambitious global growth plans. We are looking for an Account Executive who thrives on generating profitable product and consulting sales. The focus will be on effective account management of an existing portfolio of accounts combined with lead management. By generating business and enabling the company to expand its share of business through cross-selling within client accounts, the account executive will be making a direct contribution to the bottom-line results of Talogy’s Inside Sales business. The focus of the Account Executive is on small and medium size business.

Who we are looking for

Inside Sales is responsible for managing clients in Europe. In this region we have offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany and UK. Inside Sales is a multicultural team that is looking for somebody to service the UK client portfolio. The team works remotely but individual team members are welcome to work in their local office, if preferred. This opportunity is ideal for a determined, proactive, sales and service-oriented individual who is willing to develop their skills. The ideal candidate has a good command of the English language. Command of other languages is considered an advantage but not essential. This role requires a confident and influential communicator with a process driven mindset. We are looking for someone who demonstrates professionalism, works in a structured and efficient manner, and shows energy, drive and resilience.

Role Responsibilities

  • Account management of a portfolio of 300+ clients: maintaining revenue (renewal) as well as creating new sales opportunities (cross-sell).

  • Keeping the CRM (Salesforce) system up to date with personal sales activity and current opportunities across product, digital platform and consulting sales

  • Business Development through inbound lead follow-up.

  • Represent Talogy at local in person company events, trade shows and industry sessions where required

  • Communicating the value add of Talogy's products and solutions to customers

  • Generating interest through understanding customer needs and requirements

  • Building engaging proposals that represent Talogy as world leaders in our field

  • Work collaboratively with other Talogy’s disciplines: Customer Support, country based Sales teams, Consulting, R&D and Legal teams to ensure successful sales outcomes leading to happy clients

  • Forecast pipeline accurately, including expected close date, projected deal size, and projected deal probability

    Key Result Measures

  • Overall revenue goal attainment

  • Renewal rate

  • Account revenue growth versus previous year

  • Manage 300+ small to medium size business, deliver customer service that is in line with revenue generation.

  • Detail and accuracy of Salesforce reports on activity and pipeline

  • Ability to identify potential in accounts

  • Expansion of Talogy portfolio elements used by client

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Knowledge of and experience in the talent management sector is preferred but we are open to applications from candidates who are keen to move into this industry

  • Somebody with a customer centric mindset who is confident in working in an international organisation, in engaging in client conversations and negotiations is desirable.

  • Office 365 skills are required, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.

  • SharePoint and Salesforce skills are also desirable. They can be learned on the job, but somebody must be IT savy in the sense they should be able to get up to speed quickly.

  • Command of the English language, both oral and written.

Core hours for this role are 09:00 to 17:30 (GMT) from Monday to Friday, but flexible hours are possible. This is a full-time, permanent role. Parttime can be discussed. The role is remote but working in European country offices is an option. Client meetings are remote by default (exceptions to be discussed with line manager).

    Benefits

Talogy offers a variety of competitive workplace benefits. We have a vibrant social culture, and we provide opportunities for employees to engage in volunteering and charity activities

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise AI jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards and communities that reach AI engineers, ML scientists and applied research talent in the UK. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.

AI Jobs UK 2026: What to Expect Over the Next 3 Years

AI Jobs UK 2026: roles, salaries and the generative AI, machine learning and applied AI hiring trends shaping UK artificial intelligence careers. Artificial intelligence is creating jobs faster than the market can name them. New roles are appearing every quarter, existing titles are splitting into specialisms, and the technologies underpinning it all are evolving at a pace that makes even last year's job descriptions feel dated. For job seekers, this presents a genuinely unusual challenge. In most industries, career planning means understanding a relatively stable landscape and working out where you fit within it. In AI, the landscape itself is being redrawn in real time. The roles with the most hiring activity in 2028 may not yet have a widely agreed job title in 2026. That's not a reason to feel overwhelmed — it's a reason to get informed. The candidates who thrive in this market aren't necessarily those with the longest CVs or the most credentials. They're the ones who understand the direction of travel: which skills are gaining value, which technologies are driving employer decisions, and how the definition of an "AI job" is expanding well beyond the tech sector. This article breaks down what the UK AI jobs market is likely to look like over the next three years — covering emerging job titles, the technologies reshaping hiring, the skills employers are prioritising, and how to position yourself ahead of the curve rather than behind it.
