With offices in Bristol, Dorset, Southampton, and Somerset, this is a rare chance to be part of a revolutionary venture. This role is remote, with all travel expenses fully covered for occasional trips to these locations. We are seeking x3 talented Data Engineersto join their dynamic team on a fully remote, permanent basis. About the Role:
We are looking forData Engineersto help build and scale the data infrastructure that supports the company’s evolving digital platform. You will play a vital role in designing and maintainingscalable data pipelinesand enabling advanced analytics to support key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable data pipelinesfor real-time and batch processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet data needs.
- Work ondata modelingand optimize databases forperformanceandscalability.
- ImplementETL processes, integrating data from various internal and external sources.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
- Contribute to enhancing the company’sdata architecture, adopting best practices.
- Support the development ofdata-driven insightsto drive better decision-making.
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experiencein data engineering or a related role.
- Strong expertise inbuilding scalable data pipelinesandETL processes.
- Experience withSQL/NoSQL databasesandcloud data infrastructure(e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Solid experience withPythonorJavafor data manipulation.
- Understanding ofdata modeling,data warehousing, anddatabase optimization.
- Familiarity with tools likeApache Spark,Airflow,Kafka, or similar technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus ondata qualityand performance.
- Experience working inAgile environmentsand collaboration tools such as Git, JIRA, etc.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the HealthTech sectoror working with large-scale healthcare data.
- Familiarity withdata securityandcompliance standards.
- Knowledge ofMachine LearningorAI-driven data processingis a plus.
