With a deep understanding of how content influences customer behavior, you'll provide actionable insights that drive our content strategy, enhance user experience, and ultimately improve customer outcomes.We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in New York City for our hybrid working model.Key Responsibilities:Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive web and content analytics strategy that aligns with business goals and objectivesData Analysis: Analyze website performance, content effectiveness, and user engagement metrics using tools such as Amplitude, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant platformsContent Impact Assessment: Measure and evaluate how different types of content influence customer behavior and outcomes. Provide insights into content performance and its impact on lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retentionReporting: Create and present detailed reports and dashboards that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and actionable insights. Communicate findings to stakeholders and recommend strategies for optimizationA/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to determine the effectiveness of content and web design changes. Recommend and implement new tools and techniques to enhance analytics capabilitiesTeam Management: Grow your team of analysts in both scope of work and level of influenceQualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in web analytics, content analytics, or a related field with at least 1 year experience managing a team (B2B environment preferred)Technical Skills: Proficiency with SQL, web analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Adobe Analytics), content management systems (CMS), and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely/Intellimize). Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practicesAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. Experience in measuring content performance and its impact on customer behaviorCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProblem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issuesEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location.
