About the Role: As a Principal Data Scientist,you will be a key member of the LNIP Technology Team. Your primaryresponsibility will be to drive the strategic vision of DataScience and Machine Learning initiatives across the organization,ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will leaddevelopment teams in research, design, and software developmentprojects, providing direct input to plans, schedules, andmethodologies Responsibilities: - Lead the development andimplementation of advanced data analytics and machine learningmodels to solve complex business problems. - Collaborate withcross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities andprovide actionable insights. - Mentor and guide junior datascientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning andimprovement. - Design and execute experiments to validatehypotheses and optimize model performance. - Communicate findingsand recommendations to stakeholders through clear and compellingdata visualizations and presentations. - Stay up-to-date with thelatest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remainsat the forefront of data science innovation. - Drive the adoptionof best practices in data management, data governance, and dataquality. - Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines andinfrastructure to support analytics and machine learninginitiatives. Requirements: - Demonstrated ability to apply MachineLearning, Natural Language Processing, Data Mining, and/orStatistical methods to build advanced data models, includingpredictive and prescriptive modelling. - Proficiency in traininglarge-scale models using modern deep learning engines such asTensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, MXNet, or Caffe. - Understanding ofmachine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning. -Experience with cloud-based AI services and platforms. - Knowledgeof regulatory frameworks related to AI (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). -Experience as the SME in Data Science - Multiple years ofexperiencemanaging larger technical teams (direct or indirect) Work in a waythat works for you: We promote a healthy work/life balance acrossthe organisation.
