I am seeking an AI Engineer to be one of the first tojoin my clients team. The focus will be building Agents which buildApps on top of my clients system. Your Agents will enhance mostusers daily development process, providing a better experience andautomating developers routines. You will: Build the AI Team andcreate Agents Hire and lead a small team of engineers (1-2) thatmove fast and deliver. Spend at least 50% of your time coding. Owndelivery end-to-end, from ideation through iteration and deliveryBuild a best-in-class team which establishes best practices anddelivers quality outcomes Mentor and guide Software Engineers,fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.Participate in on-call rotations to handle and resolve criticalissues. Were looking for someone who has Experience building AItools or Agents for Software Development Proven experience insoftware development with a strong focus on backend technologiesand databases. Proficiency in any major backend language (Go orRust preferred) Previous experience in a tech or team lead roleExposure to Infrastructure technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker,Github CI/CD, and public cloud Excellent problem-solving skills andthe ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
