You will be incharge of managing a team delivering UK contracts for transportretail businesses (product management, delivery, service managementand operation). We are seeking a dynamic and committed individualto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible formanaging teams, products and programs related to mobility andpayment solutions. The ideal candidate will be curious, open-mindedand a leader with a solution-driven mindset. You will have a globalperspective and the ability to navigate complexity, while alsodemonstrating excellent people skills to collaborate effectivelyacross diverse teams and locations. You will be accountable for theP&L of the UK transport retail programs for revenue and margin.Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and animate the Transport RetailUK team: Animate a team to support business development and theproper execution of awarded contracts Engage customers and managetheir contracts Support presales activities: Collaborate with theMTS sales team to develop business in the UK, Germany, and CEEExecute the transport strategy: Contribute to the implementation ofour transport and technical strategy Identify new productopportunities: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, markettrends, and regulatory changes within the mobility and paymentecosystem. Evaluate potential opportunities for new productdevelopment, conduct feasibility studies, and presentrecommendations to senior management Who Are We Looking For?
