Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok. TikTok is looking for a Strategy & Operations graduate to join our UK Ecommerce team. As a Strategy & Operations specialist, you will be responsible for driving priority strategic projects to help grow the platform, ., overall GMV, merchant acquisition, content, advertisement adoption, and other key metrics. You will likewise be involved in driving improvements in the overall business and operations, as well as deep-diving into priority strategic topics.This role requires a highly analytical mindset and curiosity to find solutions for customer and partner needs. You will own projects and key deliverables and work cross-functionally with sales, policy and product teams. Responsibilities- Assume a role of a strategy business partner (BP) for the TikTok ecommerce business teams, leveraging data-driven insights to shape strategic agenda of business teams and fuel business growth.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build short-term and long-term strategic plans and drive high impact projects across GMV, merchant, content, and other key metrics. Provide solid support for business growth through partnering with other business teams on high priority topics.- Conduct in-depth analysis of ecommerce business, including traffic efficiency, user behavior, merchant operation, etc.- Synthesize internal and external research to formulate data-driven near-/medium-/long-term business recommendations, ensuring a forward-thinking and adaptive approach. Leverage both internal and external/syndicated data to perform in-depth internal and market analysis.- Drive continuous improvement through targeted initiatives that address specific challenges.

Minimum qualifications- Currently studying a Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2025. - Must be available to start in either January, May or September 2025 in London [must have graduated before agreed starting month].- Outstanding analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.- Strong ownership and a self-starter mentality with desire to work closely with business teams, taking proactive initiative to identify business challenges, analyse problems, and autonomously develop and implement innovative solutions. Demonstrated motivation and a self-starter attitude.- Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines and outstanding communication skills and can effectively handle cross-functional collaboration. Preferred qualifications- Some exposure to eCommerce markets, with a perspective on the UK market.- Previous experience with driving operational initiatives, achieving tangible results. Experience in benchmarking, market research, competitor analysis, and GTM strategy. - Exposure to working with scale-ups, fast-growth businesses.- Data science skills such as SQL/Python would be a plus.- Comfortable navigating global organization structures & aligning objectives with cross-functional teams.
