The E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) team is a global team responsible for ensuring our TikTok Shop marketplace is safe and trustworthy for users, sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality on our Marketplaces. As a Policy Specialist, you will be reporting into the Seller Onboarding Program Manager and you will be a key member of our GNE team; you will play an impactful role and be responsible for supporting data-driven strategic programmes, to minimise ecosystem risks, improve the overall experience for our sellers and users. Responsibilities:Support all Seller Onboarding and Governance projects in EMEA: - Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of seller onboarding flow- Serve as the primary contact for internal teams, addressing inquiries - Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices and policy adherence- Partner with data teams to track, analyse and report on key metrics to understand trends and potential areas of improvement - Participate in cross-functional engagements with teams including Fraud, Product, Compliance, Legal and Business Operations

Minimum qualifications:- Final year graduate with a bachelor's degree or above in political science, data science, business analytics- Must be available to start in January 2025- Strong sense of responsibility and innovation, self-driven, and results-oriented, clear logic, enjoys analysing the essence of things, and excels at systematically solving problems- Good team player and project coordination capabilities- Proficient in English as a working language Preferred qualifications:- Previous internship experience in policy development or customer support is preferred but not required- Demonstrated interest in technology, social media, and digital innovation- Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in another European language is preferred but not required
