What You'll Do

  • Strategise & Innovate:Lead the development of advanced ML and AI solutions that drive business transformation.
  • Explore & Pioneer:Stay ahead of industry trends and experiment with new methodologies.
  • Lead & Collaborate:Mentor team members, refine deployment processes, and advocate for data science across the business.
  • Influence & Partner:Work closely with stakeholders to shape strategy and identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Mentor & Develop:Grow talent within the team and foster a strong data science culture.
  • Deliver Value:Turn data into actionable insights that make a real difference.

What You'll Bring

Essential:

  • 2+ years in Insurance Pricing
  • Strong Python skills and ML model development experience
  • Expertise in feature engineering, model monitoring, and maintenance
  • Proven problem-solving ability and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience mentoring or managing team members

Desired:

  • Model deployment and MLOps experience
  • Project management and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with GIT, Azure DevOps, and SQL
  • Understanding of ethical AI and customer impact
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
