What You'll Do
Strategise & Innovate: Lead the development of advanced ML and AI solutions that drive business transformation.
Explore & Pioneer: Stay ahead of industry trends and experiment with new methodologies.
Lead & Collaborate: Mentor team members, refine deployment processes, and advocate for data science across the business.
Influence & Partner: Work closely with stakeholders to shape strategy and identify high-impact opportunities.
Mentor & Develop: Grow talent within the team and foster a strong data science culture.
Deliver Value: Turn data into actionable insights that make a real difference.
What You'll Bring

Essential:
2+ years in Insurance Pricing
Strong Python skills and ML model development experience
Expertise in feature engineering, model monitoring, and maintenance
Proven problem-solving ability and stakeholder engagement
Experience mentoring or managing team members
Desired:
Model deployment and MLOps experience
Project management and leadership skills
Familiarity with GIT, Azure DevOps, and SQL
Understanding of ethical AI and customer impact
Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
