Role description We are looking foran enthusiastic and organised individual who has experience withthe UK Tax system to help support our client facing teams withtechnology and software solutions. The role sits within the widerinnovations team driving digital transformation within ourbusiness, with a focus on the Tax Practice. This role will suitsomeone who enjoys variety, problem solving, and has goodinterpersonal skills. Responsibilities Support tax teams with newprocesses due to legislative changes such as MTD Assist in researchand trials of alternative tax technology solutions Deliver trainingon processes and software Utilise emerging technologies such a GenAI and robotics Support teams in developing best practice processesSupport the implementation of new technology solutions for the taxpractice Meet with team members to discuss where improvements areneeded to enhance our systems Work with other specialists toconsider how data analysis and data science can be used Involvementin forming tax technology training content and supporting theLearning and Development team as needed Training will be providedon all software solutions, and ongoing support will be given by ourteam of IT experts. This is a varied role with scope fordevelopment, utilising the firm’s agile working policy with aprimary location in one of Crowe’s current offices.
