  Essential Skills & Experience
  
  
• Strong background in modelling, coding, and algorithm development
  
  
• Proficiency in data analysis and technical report writing
  
  
• Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent experience
  
  Desirable Skills
  
  
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink
  
  
• Experience in formal software or firmware development
  
  
• Knowledge of RF systems and digital signal processing
  
  
• Familiarity with model verification, configuration control, and release processes
  
  
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Testing, Machine Learning, and AI
