Data Engineer

6 month initial contract

Hybrid, 3 days a week in London

We're working with a Global Consultancy to find data-driven professionals to join them in their digital function.

We're looking for individuals who have experience across data engineering, data science and product development projects - knowledge of data mining, machine learning & natural language processing is an advantage.

Skills they're looking for...

• Python
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with deep expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and machine learning lifecycle management.
• Strong experience with Data lakes
• SQL
• Building and managing fully automated data pipelines (ETL, ELT, ELTL) including:
• Designing and building data interfaces to source systems
• Combining and transforming data into the appropriate format for storage
• Developing data sets for analytics purposes
• Developing pipelines that can handle common issues/errors in a robust and automated way
• Cloud experience in AWS, Azure or GCP
• Experience using AWS Data Lakes
