Your role:

As the Sustainability Officer, you will support the organisation in delivering the Sustainability Strategy and all associated projects and activities that support our organisation in being more sustainable. You will also be responsible for supporting the maintenance and development of the environmental management system that is certified to ISO 14001:2015 as well as monitoring utility budgets and other sustainability datasets. The Sustainability Officer plays a key role in ensuring the organisation continues to lead the way in reducing environmental impact and making us a more sustainable organisation.

About you:

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering environmental and sustainability initiatives and will have experience of maintaining environmental management systems. We are looking for a team player who is able to bring together colleagues to collaborate and deliver long-lasting sustainability projects. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working using their own initiative and will be able to effectively analyse sustainability related data to support the delivery of sustainability projects. We are also looking for someone who has a keen personal interest in environmental and sustainability issues.
