This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as a Supporter Engagement Manager working to promote Gifts in Wills as a way of giving to UNICEF.

It is an exciting time to join the team at UNICEF as we build our community of committed supporters. We are focused on providing the very best supporter engagement. In this role you will be responsible for stewarding our most valuable supporters who have pledged to leave a gift in their Will to UNICEF. You will help to create engaging supporter journeys, help supporters who wish to leave a gift in memory of a loved one and build relationships with both these groups of committed supporters. The post holder will develop key internal relationships and ways of working to support the ambition that every supporter knows they can and has the tools and information they need to include a gift in their Will to UNICEF.

In the role you will develop relationships with supporters, adapting to their preferred communication channels to deliver excellent stewardship and cultivation. You will take responsibility for a portfolio of individual relationships. You will develop the objectives for Gifts in Wills events, including our upcoming flagship Summer Garden Party.

In this role you will need to be supporter driven comfortable adapting your style to different forms of communication and a diverse range of supporters. You will need to understand supporter motivations and needs and respond in a nurturing way. Previous experience of Legacy Fundraising, a relationship or supporter/customer-facing role would be beneficial, project management skills as well as able to capture and manage data efficiently and appropriately.
