Supply Chain Coordinator - 9-month FTC - Greater Leeds (Hybrid)

We are recruiting for a recognised international food brand, well-known for their product expertise and market innovation, for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their busy Leeds office on a 9-month FTC.

Due to recent developments within their Supply Chain team, this is an additional role on a 9-month FTC to support with all inventory and supply managagement, with responsibility for their current 3PL and all associated stock, inventory, and supply.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Coordinator:

Collaborate and work closely with 3PLs (3rd Party Logistics providers) for inbound delivery management, quality queries etc.
Provide stock management and analysis support including stock reconciliations, managing stock and workflows in SAP and shelf-life analysis
Develop accurate reporting to enable performance analysis
Support the sample order process
Support the cost review processIt is key for this role to be highly analytical and numerical with excellent attention to detail, advanced Microsoft Excel with use of VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is desired for this role, and any use of SAP or similar is useful. Attitude and culture fit is also key, with a proactive and collaborative approach to your work.

What we are looking for:

Similar experience within a Supply Chain role, ideally 12-18 months+
Advanced use of Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. SAP knowledge is preferred but not essential.
Prior experience within FMCG, supply chain or logistics is preferred, or alternatively a Supply Chain, Data Sciences, Economics or similar graduate with a natural flair for analysis
Experience managing or working alongside a 3PL is preferred, or similar stakeholder relations within Supply Chain will be considered
Structured, process led and organised with a proactive approach
Excellent communication skills, able to build effectively relationships internally with Managers and externally with varying stakeholdersThis is an excellent opportunity for you, should you meet the above criteria to work within a superb business with excellent development opportunities.
