Location: London, Victoria

Hybrid working, 3 days in the office

  • We are looking for a dynamic Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help us elevate our product’s potential. You’ll be working with a world-class team of engineers and former-founder advisors, shaping a product that’s on the cutting edge of AI coaching.

Skills

  • Exceptional Python coding expertise, at least 2 years in professional context
  • Proven experience developing projects with any Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Strong understanding of prompt engineering for optimal model outputs.
  • Hands-on experience in data engineering, with familiarity in job orchestration tools like Airflow.
  • Solid knowledge of machine learning training and evaluation pipelines.
  • (Bonus) Prior experience in machine learning

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize AI-driven features for our product, ensuring they align with our ambitious vision.
  • Engineer robust pipelines for data processing and model deployment, leveraging tools like Airflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, design, and leadership) to integrate advanced AI into the user experience.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM outputs, ensuring user relevance and value.
  • Continuously evaluate and fine-tune machine learning models to maintain cutting-edge performance.
