ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Managing a smallteam of 3-4, to design and build models across LLMs, GenAI and NLPwith some in Computer Vision - You will still remain about 40%hands on, driving best practices, code reviews and coding whenneeded - You'll be advising the VP of AI on the latest AI and LLMdriven solutions - Working alongside technical and non-technicalstakeholders, creating insights and reports on key findings -Driving the latest innovative research in AI, building anddeploying core projects onto their AI driven platforms -Opportunity to grow and develop, building out a team SKILLS ANDEXPERIENCE Required - MSc or PhD in STEM/AI related subject -Proficiency in Python, SQL and DevOps or CI/CD - Hands-onexperience in LLMs is required - Background in HealthTech, BioTech,PharmaTech is a large benefit but otherwise any tech companyworking on AI projects - Excellent communication skills with provenexperience working with stakeholders - Research/Academic backgroundis a big bonus too - Experience mentoring/upskilling/managing isrequired Apply below!
