This is a remote position.

• Legal engineering workflow automationcontract assembly and contract automation implementations for allcustomers
  
• Assisting the Head of Legal Transformationand Associate Director build and deliver client legaltransformation plans for newcustomers.
  
• Assisting the Implementation team whererequired. This includes onsite training andworkshops.
  
• Supporting machine learning and AIinitiatives in relation to client s current and futuredevelopments.
  
• Understanding the customer s requirements inrelation to AI output and executing thesame.
  
• Understanding the customer s requirements inrelation to workflows and executing thesame
  
• Understanding the customer s gap from thecurrent process to the future process and coming up with creativeways to resolve them.
  
• Be agile and responsive to the customer sneeds and requirements.
  
• Assisting the Associate Director in allmatters relating to legal engineering and legaldesign.
  
• Working closely with the customer to ensurethat the AI software is functioning correctly and meeting theirrequirements
  

Requirements

• 4 years experience working in relation tolegal aid having a qualification in law(L.L.B/L.L.M)
  
• Have experience working in legal servicesincluding the drafting and negotiating contracts and preferablywith an IT background.
  
• Be able to interpret and analyse data frommultiple sources and build systems and reports that solve businessproblems.
  
• Have experience working with practice/casemanagement systems to improve existing systems and develop newprocesses that increaseproductivity.
  
• Be articulate knowledgeable and haveexcellent presentation skills.
  
• Strong understanding of the Generative Aispace up to date with recent releases of the leading Gen AiPlatforms. Has a good understanding of how prompt engineering worksand has had either personal/professional experience in doing thesame.
