About the role

As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-value accounts, nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving new business opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of client needs, a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, and the ability to effectively communicate and pitch Qure.ai's solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and technical teams, to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

1.Site Stakeholder Management:

oRelationship Building:Develop and maintain strong, long-term

relationships with key stakeholders at client sites.

oPrimary Contact:Serve as the primary point of contact for all site-specific

inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. oRegular Communication:Facilitate regular communication with

stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure client

satisfaction.

oClient Advocacy:Act as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring

that client needs and expectations are communicated and met. 2.Exploring Key Opportunities:

oOpportunity Identification:Leverage existing relationships to identify new business opportunities within client organizations.

oProblem-Solving:Understand the critical challenges (Jobs to be Done) that the client is seeking to solve and explore how Qure.ai's solutions can address these challenges.

oRelationship Development:Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations to deepen engagement and unlock new opportunities.

oMarket Insights:Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive offerings to identify areas where Qure.ai can provide additional value.

3.Pitching Solutions:

oProduct Expertise:Develop a deep understanding of Qure.ai's products,

including their clinical and technical use cases.

oTailored Presentations:Work closely with the operations team to create

customized presentations and proposals that address specific client needs

and use cases.

oEffective Communication:Clearly articulate the value proposition of

Qure.ai's solutions to different audiences, including clinical, technical, and

executive stakeholders.

oClient Education:Provide ongoing education and support to clients to

ensure they fully understand the benefits and applications of Qure.ai's

products.

4.Account Growth and Retention:

oBusiness Development:Proactively seek opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to existing clients, driving revenue growth.

oClient Retention:Implement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention, including regular check-ins, performance reviews, and value delivery assessments.

oContract Negotiations:Lead contract renewal discussions, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and Qure.ai.

Team Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including product, technical, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.

Feedback Loop:Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to inform product development and improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Engineering/MBA
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Additional Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex accounts and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
