Location: London, UK. Hybrid.

The Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sourcing Partner to join our team.
You will be responsible for fulfilling a high ratio of vacancies received by allocated clients, with the aim of becoming a premium supplier and hitting client SLAs.
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with client contacts, focusing on candidate attraction and sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract and assess top candidates.
  • Shortlist and present candidates to clients.
  • Keep stakeholders informed about the recruitment process.
  • Ensure CVs are accurate and well-formatted.
  • Use data to manage candidates from application to offer.
  • Maintain contact with placed candidates to ensure satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Identify and capitalize on future opportunities with clients.

About You:

  • Thorough understanding of the recruitment process and technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite tools.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Prior experience within the recruitment sector, particularly in audit/accounts, tax, HR and central services, technology, and financial services.
  • Highly developed skills in candidate sourcing & qualification.
