About the role – Solutions Consultant

We are excited to offer anentry-levelSolutions Consultant position, where you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales and Customer Success initiatives at Feefo. In this role, you will collaborate with customers throughout the pre-sales cycle to discover and enhance their business operations and customer experience journeys.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for a motivated professional with a strong technical aptitude, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to take initiative. Experience or a keen interest in Customer Experience (CX) or Software as a Service (SaaS) will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the Feefo platform, leveraging this knowledge to identify, develop, and communicate best practice solutions for both prospective and existing clients.
  • Primarily engage with small to mid-market clients, setting achievable expectations from the outset to deliver a ‘best-in-class’ solution that fosters client advocacy and retention.
  • Prepare resources for client demos, deliver engaging product presentations, and respond to inquiries from customers as well as our sales and customer success teams.
  • Collaborate in discovery meetings to identify and understand the specific needs of prospects, enabling tailored presentations and demos.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of integration requirements for the Feefo platform.
  • Develop a strong grasp of client objectives to recommend the most suitable Feefo products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with Product teams to communicate prospect feedback and requirements, ensuring a complete feedback loop.
  • Establish yourself as a key resource for product knowledge throughout the organization.

Additional Information:

  • This role may require occasional travel across the UK to meet with prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of work

  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Approachable and personable demeanour
  • Confident and effective communicator
  • Quick to understand the full functionality of the Feefo platform and its market relevance

  • Strong punctuality and time management skills

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Basic understanding of web applications and technologies
  • Familiarity with APIs and webhooks
  • Working knowledge of web-based languages (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • Knowledge of Customer Experience, Ratings & Reviews, or other SaaS platforms
  • Commercially savvy with a strong business acumen
