What You'll Do: Design and develop the backend infrastructure for the system. Lead the creation of an emotionally intelligent LLM coach by leveraging advanced techniques (fine-tuning, RAG, memory, etc.) and pushing the limits of innovation. Enhance performance to ensure the LLM delivers fast and reliable responses consistently. The business has a strong financial footing & is looking to push ahead with it's ambitious plans and enter the next stage of their growth.
