About the Role: As the Site lead / Director of Software Engineering, youll oversee the development of AI-driven products, manage a growing engineering team, and work closely with key stakeholders to drive the companys technology vision.
Your leadership will be critical in delivering robust, scalable solutions that align with the companys ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and grow an innovative software engineering team.
Define and execute the technical strategy for the AI product suite.
Manage the full software development lifecycle, focusing on quality and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key deliverables.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience in software engineering, particularly within AI or data science.
Expertise in Python /.Net anassociated technologies.
Experience building and scaling teams in fast-moving environments.
Strong passion for the sports industry and AI-driven solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
