About the Role: As the Director of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of the company's AI-driven products, managing a growing team of engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that support the company's ambitious goals. You'll work closely with stakeholders to define the tech strategy, and you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Build and lead a talented software engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a leadership role within software engineering, ideally within AI, data science, or related fields. Strong experience in Python and associated technologies. A track record of building and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced environments. Experience driving technical deliverables, meeting deadlines, and managing resources effectively. A strong interest in the sports industry and a passion for building AI-driven solutions.
