You'll work closely with stakeholders to define the tech strategy, and you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities: Build and lead a talented software engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.

Drive the technical vision and strategy for the AI product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, with a focus on delivering robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise and deliver on key product deliverables.

Ensure that engineering best practices are followed, and continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and quality.

Mentor and develop engineering talent, encouraging growth and continuous learning within the team.

What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a leadership role within software engineering, ideally within AI, data science, or related fields.

Strong experience in Python and associated technologies.

A track record of building and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced environments.

Experience driving technical deliverables, meeting deadlines, and managing resources effectively.

A strong interest in the sports industry and a passion for building AI-driven solutions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
