Head of Change, Event and Configuration

A leading ServiceNow partner in Saudi Arabia is looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant to support the design, development, and implementation of IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions. This role offers the chance to work on complex projects, collaborate with expert teams, and contribute to the digital transformation of major organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, Cloud Management, and AIOps
Work closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective ITOM solutions
Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems to enhance automation and efficiency
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITOM-related issues
Ensure best practices are followed in configuration, customisation, and deployment of ITOM modules
Requirements:

Experience in ServiceNow ITOM development and implementation
Strong understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and how they integrate with ServiceNow
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITOM) is preferred
Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia and work on-site
