We are collaborating with a prominent commercial vehicle provider in Northern Ireland to find a talented Service Advisor who will enhance their customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a well-respected company known for its commitment to employee growth and long-term career development. ?? Location: Ballyclare ?? Position: Permanent ?? Compensation: Attractive salary, negotiable based on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including a company pension scheme. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company, providing exceptional and professional service. Manage and update service schedules, ensuring customers receive timely reminders. Keep customer and vehicle records up to date and accurate at all times. Coordinate PSV appointments and ensure they are scheduled efficiently. Generate and distribute job cards for the workshop, track vehicle progress, and assist with invoicing. Handle outbound sales and customer service calls to foster strong client relationships. Create and promote maintenance contract proposals to clients. Collaborate with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure the smooth planning of tasks and maintain profitability. Inform clients of any additional services required and provide detailed quotations for approval. Clearly explain completed work to clients and arrange for vehicle collection or delivery. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a similar industry. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Strong time management and organisational skills. A valid full UK driving license is required.
