Senior Typescript Developer – Bristol (Hybrid Remote) - £75-80k

Our client, an expanding Platform vendor in the affiliate/advocacy marketing space, is looking to add a Senior Full Stack Typescript Developer with strong skills in Node.js to their ranks. The candidate will be working on the architecture, delivery and development of new features for their flagship product, engaging on code refactors and roadmap development, which is made up of Angular 12 frontend components and deployed to serverless AWS using Lambdas.


The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of vanilla JavaScript or Typescript as well as sound architectural knowledge. Additionally, as the roadmap involves leveraging AI and Machine Learning automation techniques, knowledge or interest in this area is a plus!


The company are currently certified B-Corp status, indicating their strong cultural values in making a positive impact for wider society. They also offer a huge 40 days of holiday as a commitment to work/life balance!


In terms of culture they offer an extremely flexible approach to work, allowing employees to get their work delivered at a time and place to suit them. That said, you can expect to meet up with the rest of tech team circa once a month in Bristol – so flexibility for some level of travel or locality will be necessary!


To Be Considered:


-Strong experience with Node.js/Express.js

-Experience with MEAN stack

-Strong knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript

-Working experience with Angular

-TDD/BDD

-Experience with NoSQL databases (eg. MongoBD)

-Knowledge of AWS Deployments would be a benefit
