Our client is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their Sales & Customer Success team. The company specialises in democratising Computer Vision technology for businesses of all sizes. Known for pushing boundaries in retail automation, they are committed to delivering innovative solutions and ensuring customer success.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a key technical advisor, helping clients understand how the company's solutions can address their challenges. You will work closely with sales, product, and AI engineering teams to deliver technical solutions that showcase the platform's capabilities. Your expertise will drive seamless project delivery and contribute to both pre- and post-sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design:Create scalable, secure solutions tailored to client needs.
• Project Implementation:Ensure smooth project execution and resolve technical issues.
• Technical Support:Guide clients during pre- and post-sales, providing product expertise.
• Collaboration:Work with internal teams to align client feedback with product improvements.
• Innovation:Stay updated on trends and implement best practices for solution efficiency.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in software development, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proficiency inPython,JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience withDevOps(Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD) andcloud platforms(AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity withweb frameworks(React, Angular);computer visionexperience is a plus.
