We are in search of an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to implement the initiatives for one of our global brands. You will love the challenges of optimizing vast enterprise websites for search engine performance. You get a thrill out of partnering with cross-functional teams in order to develop and implement SEO initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your passion for creative problem solving shines. You are curious, analytical and highly motivated to take your career to the next level. The ideal candidate will have extensive formal work experience in SEO, they have devised and participated in sophisticated projects and are able to work independently and part of a team to achieve revenue goals. This role will focus on advanced implementation of the SEO strategy for their assigned brand whilst mentoring more junior team members in implementation tasks. The role will require an individual who is able to effectively partner with technology, product, data science, analytics and other key team members. You will be well versed in partner management.

Your Next Challenge:

Link and Authority BuildingFocus on international link development, acquire authoritative, relevant links. Partner with PR and social media to develop programs to acquire diverse quality links. Partner with SEO analyst to identify and solve for link opportunities. Develop and implement international inbound linking strategy. Develop and implement internal linking strategy.Technical KnowledgeDemonstrate knowledge of crawling and indexation factors. Demonstrate knowledge of page rendering and load speed factors. Be able to clearly communicate technical requirements to both developer and non-technical stakeholders. Content Strategy. Work independently and with SEO analyst to perform advanced international keyword research using diverse data sets. What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Maths, Business or related field. 3+ years direct experience in search engine marketing or Web development. Shown ability to grow meaningful traffic by completing a successful content strategy. Experience in keyword research and competitive analysis. Excellent ability to partner with marketing, usability, program management, technology and other teams to affect on-site and off-site impact. Experience in developing and implementing link building strategies and tactics. Experience with international websites desirable. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript understanding. Experience with SQL or other databases and Python or other scripting languages, a plus. Splunk, Omniture or Google Analytics experience, preferred. Ability to create meaningful business reports and tell stories with data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Excellent writing skills.
