Senior Risk Management yst

• Indepth understanding of ewallet function local market and performanalysis of payment products promotion activities and other accountactivities; keep up with business development and changes conductregular risk assessments identify potential fraud risk andimplement proper controls to prevent dishonestactivities;
  
• Leveragingquantitative methods to quickly identify fraud events throughindepth analysis of historical data develop design and implementcomplete datadriven risk management framework strategy and model tomitigate fraud risk in the realtime;
  
• Reviewand investigate suspected / fraud cases liaise with law enforcementas needed and work with functional units to identify gaps developand strengthen fraud mitigationstrategies;
  
• Identifynew fraud and cybercrime threats to the payment systems continuousrefinement of internal control framework policies and proceduresfraud management engine to mitigate fraud risks in relation to theoperation of paymentsystems;
  
• Createvarious analytical reports and present to managementteam;
  
• Assistin team management and continuously improve team professionalcapability and riskawareness.
  

Requirements

• Universitydegree in computer science mathematics statistics managementscience or similardisciplines;
  
• Wellversed in SQL SAS Python R or similar tools. Practical experiencein data mining / machine learning will be favorablyconsidered;
  
• Experiencein the financial industry or a consultancy firm in riskmanagement;
  
• Fastlearninghighly motivated and able to work independently and under pressurein a dynamicindustry;
  
• Adaptableand able to work well in a fast paced teamorientedenvironment;
  
• Fluentin Mandarin and excellent command of both spoken and writtenEnglish.
