The Senior Resource Manager willbe responsible forleading the development and of the resourcing strategy withinthe Operate Technology Managed Service Business area.

Reporting to the Resourcing Team Leader successful applicants will be integral members of the Senior Operations Team (which includes theBusiness Operations leadsSenior People Consultant and Finance Business Partnering teamsand the broader Line of ServiceLoSPeople Teams.

What your day will look like:

  • Strategic Leadership:Lead shape and deliver the resourcing strategy for the Operate Technology Managed Service area focusing on the effective deployment of our technologists.Ensureeffective deployment of specialist technology talent optimising resource allocation across digital transformation projects.Additionally you will manage coach and develop a highperforming team of Resource Managers and Officers optimising the delivery of a robust and effective resourcing strategy tailored to innovative and digital business units.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Build strong trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including Partners and Directors to understand evolving business needs. Apply an indepth understanding of firmwide strategies and resource management principles to capitalise on emerging digital opportunities.

  • Innovative Practices:Develop and implement new ways of working that foster transformation and progress particularly in fastpaced technologydriven environments. Promote and implement key resourcing systems to facilitate effective and efficient operations particularly with a view towards digital integration. Identify opportunities to leverage AIdriven workforce planning tools and automation for improved decisionmaking. Implement resourcing best practices tailored for fastpaced technology driven on the transformational change by drivingthe Resourcingobjectivesand vision for these technologyfocused areas championing digital transformation initiatives. Influence and create a compelling vision for change while role modelling thePwC Professionalbehaviours necessary for effective change management.

  • Advisory:Act as a trusted advisor on resourcing matters providing pragmatic advice on workforce planning and deployment issues related to digital and technologydriven projects. Interpret and analyse management information to identify trends opportunities for improvement and strategies for enhancing engagement profitability.

  • You have a proven experience in resourcing for technology teamspreferablywithinprofessionalservicesconsulting or technologydriven environment.You can strategically manage technology talent optimisingdeploymentandutilizationacross innovative digital projects.

  • You demonstrate excellent stakeholder management effectively influencing senior leaders and aligning workforce planning with technology strategies.You have a strongtrack recordof cultivating trusted business partner relationships with senior stakeholders on resourcing matters and you communicate and align resourcing strategieswith broader businessobjectives.

  • Youpossessthe leadership abilities to drive highperforming teams fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and inclusion.You excel in managing coaching and developing teams to implement effective resourcing strategy particularly within technologycentric business units.

  • You have datadriven decisionmaking skills withexpertisein workforce analytics and reporting.

  • You possess strong technology acumen with a deep understanding of digital skills and trends.
