Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant for the Perminent Data Desk

My client are looking to increase the headcount on their Permenant Data resourcing desk to keep up with tremendous growth in this area.

We are looking for mid level to experienced 360 recruiter with knowledge of data in general and understand the future implications for current and future technologies which are being adopted adopted by tier 1 Banks, the financial service industry, large commercial and legal. The opportunites and rewards are superb. Work with some of the UK’s leading names with a focus of roles within data: data science, ML/AI, data engineering and data transformation.Applicants will be accepted from senior recruiters with tech and digital experience.

My client is as a leading City specialist recruitment consultancy, facilitating permanent and interim solutions across the UK and North America since their inception in 2010. With a team now exceeding 50 professionals, our focus remains on building enduring relationships through consistent delivery and a customer-centric approach.

Key Information:

Days in the office - negotiable

Salary = £45K+ (neg)

Commission = Excellent package (average fee £12,000 per placement)

The ideal candidate will have 2/3+ years in Data Recruitment or Data Saas sales/business development, within the technology sector. This could be software sales, platform sales etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.They should have excellent organizational skills + drive and enthusiasm in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
