Job Outline


As a Senior or Principal Consultant at Cubiq your progression route is dictated by your ambitions. Whether that is to build a high performing team as a billing manager route where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders or the non-managing route aiming to smash targets and progress.


We offer a proven template of success, full management guidance and training and a time-served support network. We’ve shown before that successful people with the right attitude can gain multiple promotions and multiply their earnings within a short space of time.


Key Responsibilities


  • Business development & Client base management across AI
  • Leadership and building of a high performing team if this is the route you choose
  • Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
  • Brand presence building
  • Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.
  • Offer management and post placement support
  • Strategic growth of desk and department
  • Develop candidate network within your field
  • Arrange and lead new client meetings

Experience recruiting in the AI & Data world is preferred however we are also open to experienced technical recruiters from Software or wider data or another technical area that are open to cross-training into this exciting and growing world!
