Job Outline
As a Senior or Principal Consultant at Cubiq your progression route is dictated by your ambitions. Whether that is to build a high performing team as a billing manager route where you will get structured training, support and guidance from experienced leaders or the non-managing route aiming to smash targets and progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Business development & Client base management across AI
- Leadership and building of a high performing team if this is the route you choose
- Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
- Brand presence building
- Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking and data-mining.
- Offer management and post placement support
- Strategic growth of desk and department
- Develop candidate network within your field
- Arrange and lead new client meetings

Experience recruiting in the AI & Data world is preferred however we are also open to experienced technical recruiters from Software or wider data or another technical area that are open to cross-training into this exciting and growing world! Experience level is also flexible - attitude and drive is more important for us!
